Chrome Rims

Someone has a set of chrome rims for sale. He said that they were off his Lexus GS300 and are 18". My vehicle is a 2006 Lexus RX330 and also 18" wheels. Will these wheels fit my Lexus. I didn't want to purchase them to find out that they don't fit because of backset or other reasons.
