Rim Size For A Toyota Camry 1996 DX 4 cyl

I need to get snow tires for my 1996 Toyota Camry. It's a 4 cylinder DX model. Tire size is 195 70 14. I'd like to get steel rims. The rim size or pattern, is the info I need. Is 14 x 5.5 inches enough info to go to Canadian Tire ( in Canada )and get their multi fit rims.
